Function description

Engineering Manager

The engineering manager has a leadership role to ensure successful
Engineering Management for FEED and EPC Projects covering all the associated
Disciplines HSE, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Process, Pipelines, Piping,
E & I for Oil & Gas Projects onshore, nearshore and offshore.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR                      
Mainresponsibilities
 

- Review of Accounting Entries related to AP Invoices and Overheads beforeposting into Accounting System and interacts with the Business Units to addressissues if any.
- Ensure the efficiency of filing system and maintenance of AP / Overheadrecords.
- Handle Bank Reconciliations and interact with Finance Department on thecorrection entries.
- Handle Core Balance Sheet Reconciliations and submit report to theAccounts / Tax Manager along with comments / recommendations after interactingwith the business units on the long standing items.
- Preparation of necessary schedules / reports and providing the requireddocuments for internal / external audits & management.  
Qualifications

- Male/Femalewith max. 33 years old
- S1 fromreputable university majoring in accounting.
- At least 4 years working experience.
- Havingexperience in an audit /tax firmand an shipping/logistics industry is an advantage.
- Able to workunder pressure and in a team with very tight deadlines.
- Knowledge / working experience in ERP system.
- Good team player and able to interact seamlessly and efficiently withinthe Accounts/Tax/Finance team as well with the business units.
- Havingexperience and knowledge in taxation.
